College Admissions

The admission procedure for Grade XI shall be completed within a few days after the declaration of the result of SSC Examination (Grade X – Examination).
Grade XI admission procedure is followed online after the Grade X result. All necessary formalities can also be done online.
Admission forms  will be available in  Admin office.
The form should be duly filled in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY, and should be submitted on the date mentioned on the notice board.
Following documents should be attached to the admission form during the submission. (All Photo copies should be duly attested by competent authority)
 
* Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
* Mark sheet
* Migration Certificate(only for students outside Maharashtra/CBSE/ICSE Board).
Passing Certificate
* Caste Certificate (If applicable) – Photocopy Only.

All documents to be submitted in original along with two (2) photocopies of the same. The admission shall be confirmed only on receipt of the above mentioned original documents.
Admission will be strictly on merit basis only.
List of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board.
Admission fees to be paid for the full academic year only during the period mentioned on the notice board failing which the admission shall be treated as cancelled and the next candidate on waiting list will be given the admission.
Please note that no fees will be refunded in case of cancellation of the admission.
 
For Grade XII (Science / Commerce)
Admission to Grade XII (Science / Commerce) will depend on the availability of the seats in the respective streams.
A student has to appear for entrance test in English and the concerned subjects of the respective stream.
Admission will be confirmed only after the interaction of the candidate with the Principal and the submission of all necessary documents including No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Education Officer- Zilla Parishad (Sec & Hr. Sec.), Nashik.
